.ticket on to see available tickets .ticket to read the ticket and then .delticket to delete it

i would go invisible by doing .invisible on then if he/she was hacking/abusing i would .pinfo and then .ban ip

If i was busy i would ask them to make a ticket if i was free and had nothing to do i would handle it on the spot

I would summon them and inspect the talent tree which the talent is in and if he/she has put talent points in it i would .learn < spell id >
