I was having the same problem Grape, You gotta be on 3.3.2, I'm on 3.3 until I figure out why it won't let me download the latest patch, it always says the realmlist is down when its not;(

Make sure your realmlist is set to set realmlist (depends from where you're living) eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com

and then it should patch
