I would .baninfo get their IP and acc ext. then .ban (ip/accname/charname)


7.) When answering tickets, how will you go about doing it and what commands will you use to do so? (This includes commands to get the ticket, answer the ticket, and delete the ticket)
first I would .ticket on then I would use .ticket num look to see if there were any unanswered I would use .namego see what he needed then I would .tele name %T to where ever the main Neutral mall is, then I would .delticket then repeat


8.) If a player comes to you and tells you they witnessed a player hacking/abusing, how do you deal with the player and the situation?
I would first if they had any proof if not I would .gm visible on I would then go watch the person they said was hacking if I saw any proof that they were I would .ban info
then ban him.

9.) If a player comes to you with a request, how do you handle it? Do you ask them to make a ticket, or would you handle it on the spot?
I would check if I had any tickets at the time if I did I would ask him to make a ticket and wait if not I would do it on the spot


10.) On a scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest), how would you rate your knowledge of MaNGOS GM commands?
I think around a 6 or a 7 I still need some work on them.

No I don't because most of the time they have been there longer and know what they are talking about


12.) If a player says they are missing the spell "Aimed Shot" and need it taught to them, how do you verify that they are telling the truth?
I would inspect him if he didn't have it I would .reset talents and have him respec if he still didn't have it I would .learn 49050
